Brothers from ’87: A Trip to Remember

In early October, 12 Brothers from 1987 gathered for a long weekend of stories and adventures in my new home town of Bozeman, Montana.  The weather was surprisingly accommodating with clear blue skies and moderate temperatures.  We got lucky with no unplanned visits to the police station or hospital (as opposed to years past – don’t ask).

At night on Main Street there were whiskey and wine tastings, a speakeasy visit, and brewpubs explored. Plus everyone got the chance to tell some of the old stories and create some new ones. We all ended up at the Rocking R Bar (Montana State University’s version of Smokey Joe’s) Sunday night to watch the Bucs at the Pats game.

I believe fun was had by all building off of previous gatherings at Pooks’s mountain house. We hope to keep the fun going as long as we can! Next trip will be in the winter to ski Big Sky. Who wants to join us in February? Tim Wilson
